Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
By using polymath-games.dev or one of its game demos you agree to these terms. They're short because the site is simple: it shows our games and lets invited people try them with pretend money.
No gambling here
The demos use fake money: a session wallet of pretend credits with no cash value that cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. Nothing on this site is gambling, and this site does not promote gambling. The games are released on licensed operators separately; links to Stake.us and Stake.com lead to independent sites with their own terms and eligibility rules, which are yours to check.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the demos.
Invites
Demo access is by personal invite. Your invite code is for you alone: don't share it, publish it, or use it to let others play. We can change, suspend or revoke invites at any time, and we may reset demo wallets and statistics without notice. Demos are works in progress, so they may change, break or disappear.
Fair play and acceptable use
Don't try to interfere with the games or the service: no automated play, scraping, probing, reverse engineering of the game servers, or attempts to get around the invite gate or rate limits. Don't use the forms to send spam or anything unlawful.
Our content
The games, their names, artwork, music, math and code belong to PolyMath Games or its licensors. You may share screenshots and recordings of the demos for commentary and reviews, with credit; anything else needs our written permission. Partnership and streaming arrangements are agreed separately in writing.
No warranty
The site and demos are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, PolyMath Games is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or demos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions go to [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PolyMath Games operates.
