Privacy policy

PolyMath Games makes slot games. This site shows them off and runs invite-only demos with fake money. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell or share it for advertising, and everything below can be removed on request.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, message and IP address. We keep it so we can reply and to stop the form being used for spam (one message a day per person).
- Updates and launch lists: your email address and IP address when you sign up, and the time you confirmed. Used only to send the emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Game feedback: your message, your email address if you give one, and your IP address.
- Demo play (invited players only): your invite code, which pages you opened, when, your IP address and browser type, the site that referred you, and your play-money balance and spins. This is how we know a demo is being used and whether a game is working. Nothing here is real money.
- Server logs: standard web server and Cloudflare logs (IP address, pages, timing), kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and similar
The site sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to a demo or your account. It's needed for the site to work, so no consent banner is shown for it. Cloudflare's anti-bot check (Turnstile) on our forms may set its own cookie for security. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not fingerprint your device. Your browser's local storage may remember small preferences such as the demo currency you picked; that stays on your device.
Who handles the data
- Cloudflare serves the site, protects the forms and provides the analytics.
- SMTP2GO sends our email (confirmation links, updates, and the copies of your messages to us).
- Google Workspace is where [email protected] mail arrives.
Links to Stake.us and Stake.com lead to independent sites with their own privacy policies. The demos on this site are not connected to any Stake account.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and feedback: up to two years. Email lists: until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, after which only a record of the unsubscribe is kept so we don't email you again. Demo play data: for the life of the invite. Server logs: a few weeks.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] from the address in question and we'll deal with it promptly. If you're in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, the legal basis for the processing above is your consent (email lists), our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (logs, anti-spam, demo play), and performing what you asked for (replying to a message).
Children
The site and demos are for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top moves and the change appears here.
